Scheduling-forward website build out and design for Dandelion Healing Collaborative. I provided marketing consultation for a new business with limited resources, collaborated on the logo and created the mood of the website from watercolors provided to me by the client.

I provided e-commerce management, marketing and social media collaboration, shop updates, and backend CMS support. In 2023, I did an overhaul of the marketing language on the website, and ensured that all the infrastructure on the website is compliant with current ADA and SEO best practices. Over 3 years of growth strategies, we doubled our Instagram following and created an email outreach list from scratch.

I designed the information architecture on the every page of the website; including time-sensitive e-commerce pages, an SEO-optimized blog, and detailed catalogue pages. I also created a semimonthly newsletter with an annual subscriber growth rate of 20-30%, or from 1k to 18k+ subscribers over the course of 5 years.
